Proverbs 2:3-6 KJV
Yea, if thou criest after knowledge, and liftest up thy voice for understanding; [4] If thou seekest her as silver, and searchest for her as for hid treasures; [5] Then shalt thou understand the fear of the Lord, and find the knowledge of God. [6] For the Lord giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.
The prayer of faith begs and pleads with God; it’s not “feigned” or fake or going through the motions. The prayer of faith is sure of God, sure of the witness of God’s reality. If you want a stronger prayer life, you need to be 100% sure of God.
The prayer of faith will see the carnal circumstances happening around you and be driven to reason with God and search the heavens for an answer directly from Him. This is because you are convinced that all things come from the creator and king of the universe.
Psalm 17:1,6 KJV
Hear the right, O Lord, attend unto my cry, give ear unto my prayer, that goeth not out of feigned lips. [6] I have called upon thee, for thou wilt hear me, O God: incline thine ear unto me, and hear my speech.
Psalm 35:22-24 ESV
You have seen, O LORD; be not silent! O Lord, be not far from me! [23] Awake and rouse yourself for my vindication, for my cause, my God and my Lord! [24] Vindicate me, O LORD, my God, according to your righteousness, and let them not rejoice over me!
David showed us this many times. He begged. He pleaded. He knew that God had the answer and solution, and he wasn’t just hoping God would hear him.
He begged God to listen to his prayers every time he “felt” unheard. Daivd pleaded with God because was sure of the Lord.
Psalm 19:7 KJV
The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple.
We have to know that the word of God is absolutely true. We have to know that Jesus is alive right now in the kingdom of heaven and whatever is happening or taking place in this life isn’t truly dependent on this life at all but on God!
Isaiah 45:5-7 NLT
I am the LORD; there is no other God. I have equipped you for battle, though you don't even know me, [6] so all the world from east to west will know there is no other God. I am the LORD, and there is no other. [7] I create the light and make the darkness. I send good times and bad times. I, the LORD, am the one who does these things.
Job 2:9-10 KJV
Then said his wife unto him, Dost thou still retain thine integrity? curse God, and die. [10] But he said unto her, Thou speakest as one of the foolish women speaketh. What? shall we receive good at the hand of God, and shall we not receive evil? In all this did not Job sin with his lips.
Job in hard times didn’t say, oh well God’s not real, and He must not be protecting me like He said Ge would. No! He didn’t question the existence of God or the effectiveness of prayer. He knew God was in heaven, ruling over all things seen and unseen. He maintained his steadfast faith in the ultimate rulings of God. He yielded to his faith in the darkest time and most terrible moments and he did this because he had REAL FAITH.
Job 13:15 KJV
Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him.
Remember the story of the unjust judge, the widow was troubling or bothering the unjust judge with her request because she believed he was able to help her.
Luke 18:5-8 KJV
Yet because this widow troubleth me, I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me. [6] And the Lord said, Hear what the unjust judge saith. [7] And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them? [8] I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?
God is not some unjust judge! The Bible tells us over and over again that God is the exact opposite. He is a righteous judge. And all of His ways are judgement. He sees everything that’s happening and your life is under His sight. - Still Jesus ask, will He find FAITH on earth? Will you believe enough to beg God for the solution? Will you believe enough to beg God for the baptism of the Holy Spirit or to beg Him to be born again or beg God for deliverance from all your sins?
The prayer of faith can raise the dead, if you believe that God is God. Abraham believed that God would raise Isaac from the dead, so he was the more willing to sacrifice him. Eve believed that God would come into the world as a man to undo the curse that she brought on her and Adam through her sin, that’s why she rejoiced when she had a son. Joshua knew God was God when he fell on his face before God to inquiry at Him after loosing the battle because of Achan’s sin.
If you believe God, you will inquire of Him. The prayer of faith will ask God questions, the prayer of faith will believe God for strength and wisdom! The prayer of faith will receive the witness of the Holy Spirit! The prayer of faith receives from God and doesn’t waste time in actions of unbelief, or in grieving the Holy Spirit.
Jesus in His frustration declared His mighty power against the unbelief of some in saying, “What and if ye shall see the Son of man ascend up where he was before?” - John 6:62 KJV
What if you saw the Lord fly! Right in front of you, fly yo to His throne! You wouldn’t stumble at His request and you’d have no problem dealing with and staying away from all sin! You’d be perfect! Because you knew that He was God and you had faith.
Treasure the Spirit of God, treasure the presence of God in you. Take care to honor God and love Him, BELIEVE and always pray in SURE FAITH.

Hebrews 11:6 KJV
But without faith it is impossible to please him : for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
DILIGENTLY. Diligently because you are SURE that the Lord is the answer! What ails you? What problem in your life is so great that you do believe in the power of God to change your whole world? God could kill you if He wanted and then none of your current problems will matter.
